Our design considers the suitable material of construction as per feed water content, selection of the pump, Selection of the instrument & equipment. We ensure the promised evaporation of water in continuous operation. Our design uses the waste heat to minimize consumption of the steam by giving heat exchanger at a suitable location to recover the heat. We can concentrate water up to 40 % solid content in the water. For a further concentration of the water in a way to reduce the volume of the waste we can provide Agitated thin film evaporator unit which can convert that slurry to powder form which content 5-10 % moister content. Based on our experience we can give solution for the caustic recovery. We can recover the waste caustic and concentrate it up to the required concentration. By analysis of effluent we can suggest the combination of falling film and force circulation evaporator for better performance.
